With a lifetime of experience behind him, Paul Lochore remains as passionately enthusiastic about real estate today as the day he sold his first property 50 years ago.

While the industry has changed through the years, the passion and drive Paul has for the business has never wavered.

The Lochore property pedigree started in Wellington in the 1950s with Paul's parents and is carried forward today with his children, a true property dynasty.

Paul has dedicated his life to the North Shore community, having served on school boards, the Birkenhead Licensing Trust, Birkenhead Council and the North Shore Hospital Foundation Board.
