Wayne Paterson

Wayne joined Lochore’s in 2010 and has been in real estate for nine years, during which time he has sold over 100 residential properties.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate salesperson, Wayne was the manager of Westpark Marina, Gulf Harbour Marina, and also the Bayswater Marina projects, responsible for legal matters, construction, sales, and marketing. These skills he has transferred to his work in real estate along with his expertise as an ex-builder. He advises customers on the repairs required to bring their property to a good standard to achieve the best possible sales outcome. He has a team of reliable tradespeople whom he recommends to customers to streamline any necessary maintenance. He is skilled at marketing a property to reach the most appropriate target group of buyers. His background experience of dealing with local authorities through his marina roles has proved invaluable in assisting customers with cross-leasing and sub-divisions.

Wayne has a thorough knowledge of the North Shore, having lived there all his life. He specialises in sales in the Glenfield area. Although he currently lives in Takapuna, he has lived at various locations on the Shore from Glenfield to Stanley Point. Wayne has three adult children and four grandchildren. He is actively involved in his local community, supporting a number of community projects, one of which is Marlborough Primary School. Wayne has donated funds to the school from every completed sale.
