Looking for an Auckland residential property management job? We operate one of the largest and most experienced rental/property management departments on the North Shore. We are seeking a Property Management Associate/Administrator to join our team in a full time position. This is an entry level position with the possibility of internal promotion. This is a great introduction to the industry and will provide you with the opportunity to grow and progress.

Are you a Real Estate Administrator with a Salesperson Licence who is eager to learn and ultimately move into sales, or are you a Licensed Salesperson who has been actively selling but would prefer the security of a regular income? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive EA support to our top real estate agent in all aspects of their business.
- Actively support private viewings and open homes, plus other sales-related activities when required.

To succeed in this role you will have:
- Proven real estate administration experience and a desire to learn and grow.
- A Real Estate Salesperson Licence and some sales experience.
- Working knowledge of operating systems and CRM databases (Vault, Campaign Track, Canva, etc).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise.
- Fantastic people skills and a great sense of humour.
